Our Overall Service
We do not feel that the quote or process was completely explained. We therefore did not get the full work done as we thought and the driveway does not look as we thought it would after paying $3000!

Sales Process
Did not address what we needed. Presentation was overwhelming and we did not understand what was being presented. We thought the entire drive would be leveled and cracks filled. A lot was still needed after initial visit so had to lift more and no cracks were filled. Had to pay the rest of what our quote was for just lifting. Therefore we paid a lot for not a lot of what we needed. Still two slabs are not raised and really should be replaced. Overall very unsatisfactory in our opinion.
