It just seems that I did not receive straight talk in about the back fill and warranty discussions. Especially when the manager I talked to told me that clay was a better backfill. Clay is what caused the walls to crack in the first place. especially when you're putting lumpy clay in as back fill. It will take years to settle. Even though I put yes above, I would be hesitant to use Sure-dry again.
The warranty docs were not what I expected. Nothing in writing against leakage. I felt when I talked to the production manager that I was getting excuses when talking about the warranty and when I brought that clay was back filled into the excavation.
I may have missed something but I think some details about the process were left out like the backfill details.
Clay was back filled on south side when my understanding was it would be all stone and gravel. They did well on the rest of the operation and were cooperative.
