WOULD REALLY PREFER THE WORKER CALL WHEN THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY TO DO THE WORK. WE DIDN'T GET A CALL THIS LAST TIME. MY FAULT MY ALARM DIDN'T GO OFF AND THEN YOU HEAR THE DOOR BELL RING. UGH. THE PHONE CALL WOULD HAVE HELPED. THANK YOU
