I was impressed with the smooth removal of my current sump and the installation of the new TripleSafe System.
I had some questions regarding the installation. Chris said he would stop by and review the installation processes with me. I had an existing conventional sump pump and wanted to make sure there was sufficient space for the TripleSafe sump basin. All my questions were answered and I was looking forward to the installation.
Chris was on time which I appreciate. He was very polite and willing to discuss question I had during the installation. His work was clean and professional.

You had a solution to a problem I had. I wanted a second AC sump pump and thought I would have to install 2 sump basins. Thanks to the TripleSafe System I only needed 1 sump basin.
