Comment: We have a finished basement (probably finished in the 1940s) with wood floors. They appear to have been installed on wood strips mounted on the concrete foundation (we are guessing a bit as we really can't see much). The floor is now very bouncy in several places due to wood rot (and possibly old termite damage). So we need to waterproof the basement and replace the floor. Also, one wall has some water damage, so we need to look into an effective waterproofing solution for it, too. Thus, I am interested in having an inspection and estimate from you.

Comment: Our basement and crawl space are humid and we are interested in a more heavy duty dehumidifier that we don't have to empty manually.
