After 27 floods, we had two of your systems put in and have not had a problem since installation on 9/02/2008. Thank you so much! Mike has been here often to check and service our system and he is THE BEST!He is very professional, kind and considerate and answers all of my questions.

Had three quotes initially and went with AB because the initial salesperson, Tim told me there was a service that I had requested that I did not need at that time. The others that I spoke with were eager to perform the service and charge me a bundle for it. I felt that Tim had a lot of integrity which reflected the integrity of Adirondack basement.
Initially Sean and Joel installed my systems but Mike has since done maintenance and installed new pumps when needed. As I said before, Mike is a great technician and I truly appreciate his work.
Things are cleaner when Mike leaves then when he came!

The honesty and integrity of the initial salesperson - Tim. Especially after the other estimates that I had were much higher with things I did not need.
