When you told me 3 years ago that my entire cellar would be mold and odor free after installing a SaniDry dehumidifier, I must admit i was skeptical. After 3 years of experience with this product, however, I am more than satisfied. Not only is my cellar mold and odor free-- as you stated-- the dehumidifier is so efficient that my wife routinely dries clothes in the cellar. Obviously, you didn't give me an exaggerated sales pitch. So naturally, when i had problems with my sump pump, i considered no other basement specialist. You came to my house promptly after i called and thoroughly and honestly analyzed my entire drainage system, not just the sump. Also, I had been thinking about installing a battery back-up to my sump pump to spare me the messy job of mopping my cellar floor the next time i lose power, but i had questions about its reliability in a prolonged power outage. Your answers convinced me that you had a reliable product. This time I didn't question your appraisal. I am having your UltraSump Battery Back Up Pump installed as soon as possible along with a new sump pump.Thanks for your service Frank

I am very satisfied with install. The cellar area has taken on a whole new look!  The entire process was done with a minimum of dust, dirt, and debris. Cleanup was done thoroughly. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. Ron was the professional in assessing the problem and explaining the steps needed to be taken to remedy the situation. He inspires confidence in ADK. The office staff was personable and professional in all our dealings with them. Let the rains begin!

The Service Technician was very Professional and informative. Everything was explained. There is nothing that I am aware of that could be done differently at the time. Every crew that came were very professional. They were all polite and respectful. They all answered my questions and addressed my concerns.  Jon was very nice and polite. He was very informative and listened to our questions and concerns about the project. He would get back to us in a timely manner with answers and solutions to our questions and concerns.  They were very professional and took the time to go over there process and answer any questions and address my concerns.  They cleaned up and left the area ready for the next crew.  Adirondack Basement Systems were the only ones who got back to us and took an interest in our problem and offered a solution to it. No one else called back, or wanted to come look at our problem. They were all to busy.

I had Adirondack Basement Systems install their wall system to cover water damaged, poured concrete walls, one basement window was replaced and I purchased a commercial dehumidifier. They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that it was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g. new French Drain, sump pumps,) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and emailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details- including my satisfaction with the service every step of the way. The workers were as advertised- courteous, hard-working, and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with their water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement. For 26 years, my basement always stressed me out. Now I'm proudly showing it to everybody!
