The person who came out was fantastic!  He explained about foundations and basement floors, he talked about radon gas and water tables--then answered all our questions.  He checked out foundation outside and explained that we had no issues with our foundation, which was a huge relief.    I also appreciated the book that came in the mail about basements and looked through it to educate myself on future issues.   I will absolutely recommend your company to anyone who might have basement or foundation problems.

Cory did a great job teaching us what needed to be done on the outside down spouts to prevent water coming in. He took a load off our minds. If we have anymore issues, we will have him back.

Ryan was extremely thorough and helpful during my appointment. He answered all of my questions and promptly found the foundation crack that was the cause of my seepage. All the quotes I received from you guys were very professional and perfectly done. I had other companies come to give me and inspection on my seepage and their quotes, explanations and professionalism did not compare to the quote and experience that Ryan provided. I had used your company to waterproof my basement over 10 years ago in my old house. Recently I moved to a new home where I encountered more issues. My first call was Doug Lacey's Basement Systems because of the experience I had with them all that time ago. They had left such a good impression on me that I knew it would be the correct decision.     

    Professional, Punctual, Quality, & Responsive   I met Cory at the Calgary Home Show and I almost passed their booth. Cory asked if I am interested in a free on-site radon test. After hearing his presentation I felt they are very professional and honest, especially when I mentioned I used airthings to test Radon and expected him to say that's not as good, while he actually said airthings is great. At least I know that they are not the ones who earn business by saying bad things to competitors. The day Cory came to my house to test radon, he even helped look around the basement and outside the building. And he gave me a lot of helpful tips about basement maintenance. The communication with this company was very smooth. They proactively reach out to setup appointment and give reminders when the day is closed. The installation was professionally done. Paul (I believe that's the working guy's name) was very transparent and patient explaining what he was doing, and he kept everything tidy and clean, and the sealing was done perfectly. Overall its a great great experience with this team. 5 star recommendation for radon mitigation system installation.

The Radon evacuation system was a tricky installation, and Basement Systems were not only up to the task, but they also exceeded expectations and did a fantastic job! Big thanks to Paul Way for an excellent installation!

Anatoli and Roman installed 157 feet of WaterGuard drains & CleanSpace vapor barriers, 5 well-duct window drains, sealed 3 cracks, and installed a SuperSump in only 4 days! I was amazed. Not only were they efficient, but they were friendly, the results were perfect, and the space was clean after the job! The entire experience was amazing and I am going to tell everyone about my experience! 

Cory came to my house, thoroughly evaluated the situation, explained the options to me, and patiently answered all of my questions. He is amazing. There was a crack in my basement wall that needed to be repaired. Paul (I think) did a good and clean Job. The repair was scheduled and completed exactly as was described to me. Great team!
