Even with a sloping hill, the crawl space under this home in Hot Springs Village was holding moisture. The homeowners called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas for help. Our System Design Specialist, Justin, went to inspect the crawl space and visit with the homeowners about their concerns. Their insulation was wet and falling down, so they wanted their crawl space to be dry and their home to be healthier. Our installation team installed the CleanSpace Liner to isolate the home from the earth, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity down, SilverGlo Vent Seals to keep humid, outside air out of the crawl space. This crawl space was full of rock and water would pool after a heavy rain. To solve this problem, the Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas crew installed drainage matting to direct the water and a SmartSump to pump the water out. 

Customer called in requesting an upgrade of his existing vapor barrier in his crawl space. Our crew removed existing materials and installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space. We turned the area into a neat, clean and usable space for the homeowner. The CleanSpace liner is specifically designed to help the overall health of the crawl space by keeping out moisture, humidity, and even pests.

Customer was having basement flooding issues. Our design specialist determined the best solution was to install a WaterGuard Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System. 

The CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier will keep water vapor from passing through the walls, directing it toward the sump pump installed. The WaterGuard Drainage System is designed to capture water that seeps through walls, effectively catching the water before it reaches your basement floor. Water enters the system then flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. As in this case, it is recommended for best results to install the WaterGuard System along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump includes a primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery backup sump pump. The battery back up on the unit protects from flooding during power outages. 

Dane M. called in to inquire about his crawl space having some excess moisture, so we sent one of our expert System Design Specialists out to evaluate the issue. He recommended a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, so Jordan and his crew got to work installing our Drainage Matting, which placed underneath our thick, 20-mil CleanSpace liner. When combined with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, these products all help to drain away excess moisture to the perimeter of the crawl space and isolate your home from the earth, drastically reducing the relative humidity of the space to our recommended 55% or below. Jordan and his crew completed the job by adding our SilverGlo Insulation board and sealing off any open vent holes with airtight vent seals, to ensure moisture stays locked out of the area. 

Dane now has a much cleaner, drier, and healthier crawl space, which is good for the home and the family!
