Moisture had this homeowner installing fans in his crawl space before he called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas! This client called in with water intruding into his crawl space and had begun noticing interior issues as well. He called in the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to help remedy the situation. Our system design specialist knew that this home would need several things including: a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, a SmartSump Sump Pump System, as well as a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

Our crew got right to work on the removal and disposal of hanging insulation, as well as other debris in the crawl space. Once the crew got the area cleaned, graded, and prepped, they laid down our Drainage Matting underneath our thick 20-mil CleanSpace liner, which helps control humidity and moisture coming up from the ground from getting to the home. In order to get all of the water out of the area, the crew installed a SmartSump Sump Pump System, which is designed just for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the CleanSpace liner. Finally, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to get and keep the relative humidity at or below 55%.
