This project focused on improving drainage and protecting the area around the window well. This project focused on giving the crawl space a thorough clean-up. We wiped down heating ducts and sewer lines, removed spider webs, and bagged and removed loose insulation from the floor and floor joists. The area was then swept and vacuumed to eliminate dust and debris.

To protect the crawl space from ground moisture, a durable liner system was installed and carefully sealed around footings, piers, and foundation walls. A drainage layer was placed beneath the liner and extended up the walls to help manage ground seepage and provide long-lasting protection.
