We turned this crawl space into a much cleaner, drier, and healthier part of the home. First, we gave it a good clean, removing debris, dust, and cobwebs, then sealed and insulated it to help keep moisture out. We added protective layers to the floor and walls, installed a system to manage humidity and air quality, and treated the wood to prevent mold. Everything was neatly connected to the existing drain system. Now, this space is fresh, protected, and ready to support a healthier home environment.

For this project, the goal was to turn a damp and unprotected crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient area.

We started by sealing the entire crawl space using a strong moisture barrier that covers the floor and part of the walls. This helps keep out dampness and improves the overall air quality in the home. A special layer was also added underneath to help water drain properly and to make the floor more comfortable and durable, especially helpful if the homeowner wants to use the space for storage.

We also repaired a crack in the foundation wall to stop any water from leaking in and to make sure the structure stays solid. This repair is backed by a 5-year warranty for added peace of mind.

To finish the job, we added insulation around the top edges of the crawl space to help keep the home warmer in winter and cooler in summer.

Overall, the space is now dry, stronger, and better protected making it a safer and healthier part of the home.

This project was all about making the crawl space cleaner, healthier, and better protected. We started by wiping down the heating ducts and sewer lines, clearing out spider webs, and removing any loose debris. All wood surfaces were treated with a mould-control solution to ensure the space stays fresh and safe.

Next, we installed a full encapsulation system with drainage matting underneath to help keep moisture out and create a smooth, durable surface. To maintain healthy humidity levels year-round, we added a high-quality dehumidifier/air purifier, which drains to the outside of the home. A dedicated electrical outlet was required to support the new system.

Together, these improvements help keep the crawl space dry, clean, and protected.

This crawl space had a few serious issues, from water leaks and damaged wood to poor air quality. We started by installing a dependable sump pump system with a battery backup, so it can keep working even if the power goes out. Then, we repaired a crack in the foundation and replaced rotten wood, making sure everything is sealed tight and safe.

To keep moisture out for good, we fully sealed and lined the space, added drainage matting for extra protection and comfort, and treated the wood to stop mould in its tracks.

We also installed insulation on the walls to help keep the home more energy-efficient. Now, this crawl space is clean, dry, and ready to support a healthier, more comfortable home.

This project involved fully sealing and refreshing the crawl space to create a cleaner and more protected environment. The team began by wiping down ducts, removing spider webs, clearing loose debris, and removing the old vapour barrier and fiberglass insulation. All removed materials were properly bagged and disposed of.

A CleanSpace drainage mat was then installed to help manage ground moisture, followed by a full CleanSpace encapsulation system that was carefully sealed around piers, footings, and along the foundation walls. All wood surfaces were treated with a mould-control solution for added protection.

To finish, insulation was installed on the walls, with all seams and gaps sealed to improve energy efficiency and keep the crawl space dry and comfortable.
