This Poway, CA home had a concrete patio slab that had settled over time, creating an uneven surface and a visible separation at the control joint. Soil movement and compaction beneath the slab caused one section to sink, leading to both a tripping hazard and poor drainage across the surface.

Our team corrected the issue using professional concrete lifting and leveling techniques. By injecting high-density polyurethane foam beneath the slab, we were able to carefully raise the sunken section back into place, restoring a smooth, even surface without the need for full replacement.
