This Poway, CA walkway had developed a pronounced lip between concrete slabs due to soil settlement beneath the surface. The elevation difference created a significant trip hazard, especially in a high-traffic area leading to the home’s entrance.
Our team addressed the issue using precision concrete lifting and leveling. By injecting high-density polyurethane foam beneath the affected slab, we carefully raised it back into alignment with the adjoining section. This process restored a smooth, even transition across the walkway while maintaining the integrity of the existing concrete.
The finished result improves both safety and curb appeal, providing a stable and visually consistent surface. This efficient repair method avoids the need for demolition and replacement, making it an ideal solution for uneven concrete throughout Southern California properties.
