Before & After Photos

The before photo is a crawl space that needs clean space.

The during photo is of the drainage mat being laid.

The after photo is of the finished clean space.

The before-photo shows that we removed part of the foundation wall for the installation of a new entryway into the homeowner's crawlspace. The after-photo is the finished result of installing the custom-fitted ever-last door.

The Before picture shows a CrawlSpace under a Solana Beach home. Our customer was concerned about future moisture in this area.

The After Picture shows the installation of CleanSpace. This plus the installed drains will keep this area moisture free.

Before photo shows a crawl space that was causing a musky smell and white mildew inside the house which started to occur eight months ago. After photo shows an install of the clean space vapor barrier which part of our waterproofing system that will prevent evaporation of ground moisture into the crawl space air. This will stop the mold and order as well as prevent rot, rust, insects and other moisture-related problems.
