Jasmine S. from Sacramento was looking for a way to solve the drainage problem in her crawl space. 

Jasmine was informed during her appointment with NorCal Foundation Support that our CleanSpace system would be an excellent solution to protect against ground water intrusion and damage caused by high moisture levels.

The CleanSpace encapsulation system was installed in the crawl space and wrapped around the posts to create a barrier. This would keep the space clean and the humidity regulated. Installing the CleanSpace Encapsulation System comes with the extra bonus of noticeably warmer floors which lowers heating bills. This process would even out, lift, and stabilize the houses floors. Elizabeth thought that the SmartJacks sounded like the perfect solution to fix to her floors. The SmartJacks would lift the floors back to being level and keep them level.
