Todd Lutheran, the sales engineer, was outstanding in his knowledge, help and customer relationship. I am a very detailed person and he patiently addressed all my issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Another outstanding highlight of my experience was working with the staff in customer service, production, and scheduling.
