This homeowner gave us a call because they noticed the basement wall has cracks in various spots with active water flow. They were taking a look throughout the basement because they were in the early stages of planning to finish the basement. They did not want to get any further before correcting the water issue first.

Our team went out to take a look and recommended using FlexiSpan to fill and seal the cracks as well as adding our CleanSpace wall system to the previously installed WaterGuard. All of these products will ensure that the homeowner can move onto finishing their basement with no worries of water entering the space again.

The wall cracks in the Milton home were some of the worst we have ever seen. The homeowner was in a panic, and it was not without reason. We used 288 push piers to strengthen and support the failing foundation.

This home had severe damage due to rotting wood and heavy moisture. Some areas had large gaps where the wood was completely gone. DryZone went in and fixed the problem with a combination of CleanSpace vapor barrier, SmartJacks, and new wood. We were able to stabilize the floors and dry the space out.

This home in Milton was experiencing foundation issues. The homeowners wanted to list the home for sale and needed to make sure that the foundation issues were fixed before they listed the home. With a 25 year warranty that is transferable to the next homeowner, they added value to their home. 

This lovely couple moved from NJ to Milton, DE this summer and wanted DryZone to check out their basement and outside sidewalk and driveway. With some help from us, we were able to lift and level the concrete sidewalk and driveway and also sealed joints with Nexus Pro.
