Someone else I know used you in the past and recommended I use you as well. Once I spoke to Derek during my inspection, I felt very confident in using DryZone for what I needed. Everyone that I spoke with in the office was courteous and answered all my questions. Your customer service department was excellent.
The crew explained everything that they would be installing. Once the installation was completed, they went over how everything worked (the battery back up charging station, lights on the water watch alarm, etc.), and then they cleaned up after themselves very nicely.
I'm very pleased with the reliability of everyone associated with purchasing and installing my system from DryZone. The customer service and reliability was just excellent.

Derek's suggestions were great, combining the crawlspace and the basement with the dehumidifier (duct kit) will work and saves me money. Your bid wasn't the lowest, but then I realized I'd get much more out of it. No one else suggested a dehumidifier to dry out the air and keep mold away. I'm really looking forward to getting rid of my mold and allergies.
