The reason for this high review is because of the high quality character of Jim. NV came to my home to investigate water infiltrating my basement from a front foundation wall. Jim assessed the problem as best he could, but because I had left the dry wall up he was unable to immediately access the area inside the drywall. Being at work at the time, I asked my wife to cut back some of the drywall to take a better look. Jim stayed and not only helped my wife cut away the drywall and remove sopping wet insulation, but helped her find that the problem had originated with a leaking pipe in the wall that we did not know was there. Although the company policy against removing the drywall themselves seemed odd to me, nevertheless it was their policy. Jim went above and beyond to help my wife remove the drywall and insulation, which with two small kids was going to be very difficult for her to do by herself. He helped clean up and was polite and respectful. While I am grateful I do not have a foundation leak, should I ever have one, I will call NV Waterproofing and ask for Jim. Quality people are hard to find, thanks man.
