LRE Foundation Repair was hired to complete a commercial project for a condo association out of Sarasota, Florida. The buildings there were experiencing significant cracks inside and out and LRE designed the perfect remediation for this project. Due to unstable and shifting soils underneath the foundation of these condos, LRE had to install steel tube push piers, which are galvanized piers hydraulically driven into the ground until they reach bedrock or competent soils. This allows the heavy loads from buildings above to be transferred to these piers rather than unstable ground. These piers were secured to brackets, which are also attached to the buildings, whereby all piers can be lifted together to stabilize and relevel structures, closing the existing cracks on the walls. Once the project was complete, the association of homeowners were pleased their homes were stabilized once and for all. 

Peter G. noticed his Sarasota, Florida pool deck sinking and moving away from his screened lanai. Concerned, he reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for help, unsure of the underlying issue. LRE conducted an inspection and found that washed-out soils had created voids beneath the pool deck, causing the concrete to sink. Using PolyLevel, a liquid polymer material that expands upon application, LRE efficiently re-leveled the uneven pool deck and eliminated the gaps that had concerned Peter G., leaving him satisfied with the results.

Nancy had been wanting to get her driveway repaired and refinished for years and finally decided to take action. She learned about LRE Foundation Repair's concrete services and called them to come out to her home in Sarasota, Florida to inspect her driveway. LRE recommended a solution that involved using a combination of products - NexusPro and DecoShield. The driveway's aging expansion joints were deteriorating, and the wood within them needed to be replaced. NexusPro, a silicone-like material, was applied to the concrete cracks and joints to protect them from the elements. DecoShield, a tinted sealer, was then used to enhance and protect the slab, giving it a smooth, brand-new appearance. Once the project was completed, Nancy was thrilled with her new-looking driveway and was very satisfied with LRE's workmanship.

Constance and Ben H. had been dealing with musty smells inside their home for a while and thought it might be coming from the crawlspace beneath the house. They decided to call LRE Foundation Repair to try and get rid of the smells once and for all. Upon an inspection in the crawlspace, LRE determined moisture damage, wood rot, and mold had arisen from a leaky pipe in the bathroom above. After the leak was fixed, LRE was able to treat and protect the wood in the crawlspace using a product called LumberKote. LumberKote is a subfloor polymer sealer solution that is non-toxic and resists mold, fungus, and other wood damage due to moisture. It protects the home in a one-step application process directly on the wood framing, drying quickly and leaving a protective coating behind. After the project was complete, these homeowners were happy with their cleaned crawlspace and odor-free home.
