Frank D. was concerned about his backyard sea wall as it continued to crack and crumble after each storm. He called LRE Foundation Repair for a possible solution to his problematic wall. We determined that the majority of damage was escalated from rising storm waters, increased erosion and unstable soils and designed a repair using the GeoLock Wall Anchor system. These steel anchors are embedded into stable soils and attached to other wall anchors with galvanized steel rods. This system can be tightened to straighten and stabilize walls and once complete is easily concealed. This Venice, Florida homeowner was more than thrilled with the finished product and was worry-free knowing his sea wall was permanently fixed. 

Homeowners located in Eustis, Florida contacted LRE seeking repairs on their newly purchased home. This home had an addition that had been abandoned for 40 years and the new homeowners were looking to restore the integrity of the home. LRE installed five helical piers around the perimeter of the slab to lift and permanently stabilize the slab which had settled significantly over time.  

A homeowner residing in Lakeland, Florida reached out to LRE after noticing the weight of their carport was causing the driveway slab to crack and settle. LRE used their PolyLevel foam to inject underneath the slab to raise the settled concrete and strengthen and stabilize the soil underneath. Rest assured, this homeowner's driveway is now permanently stabilized and can sustain the weight of the carport without worrying about future movement. 

Scott M. from Lakeland, Florida noticed sinking sections of his driveway over the past few years and decided to take action. LRE conducted an inspection and identified the issue: the sloping ground had caused substantial erosion of the surrounding soils, leading to the sinking slab. To address this problem, LRE utilized PolyLevel, a polyurethane material injected underneath the concrete slab. PolyLevel expands and raises uneven concrete surfaces. After leveling and smoothing all sections of the driveway, LRE cleaned up the work area, leaving Scott M. with a beautifully level and stable driveway that will last for years to come.

Bailey from Lakeland, FL, asked LRE Foundation Repair for assistance with installing an effective yard drainage system around her home to help remove rainwater that would routinely pool around the foundation. After having our Design Specialist conduct a complimentary inspection, we created a customized plan to install a new drainage system that included implementing an enhanced channel drain within the concrete driveway to prevent water from intruding into the garage. Our production crew removed carefully measured sections of concrete and placed the channel drain within the excavated trench. We then poured new concrete around the drain to secure it in place and maintain a smooth, even surface. Now Bailey no longer has to worry about water intruding into her garage when it rains, protecting her foundation and peace of mind.
