LRE was able to lift and re-level the affected areas of the driveway using PolyLevel, a two-part expanding foam material that is injected underneath the concrete slab. This material flows easily through soils, filling voids and expanding to lift the concrete back in place. Once the project was complete, these homeowners were thrilled to have the peace of mind they were looking for and tripping hazards removed.

The plan included connecting the home’s gutter downspouts directly to an underground drainage pipe, effectively channeling rainwater to a relief drain instead of letting it pool around the foundation.
