The professionalism and knowledge of the estimator who came out to do our initial assessment sold me on LRE. After speaking to him, I felt that our needs were understood and there was a clear price attached to the scope of work.

We hired this company because after heavy rains, water would come into our master bedroom in between the wall and floor. LRE waterproofed our foundation and installed a French drain to make sure we wouldn't have this problem in the future. The project manger did a great job communicating to us what they were doing. I would definitely use this company again for any drainage issues. 

We previously had work done by another foundation company. Zac came out and inspected the work previously completed and saw how poorly they had done everything. Zac was very patient and helpful as we worked to get a refund from the other company. Without Zac's pictures and video of the installation of jacks, we would have never known what the other company did and wouldn't have had the proof to get our money back. That set up a trust with your company, which was further established by the team that came out here. Trace, Josh, and James who delivered what was promised.

We were quoted on this project by Frank who did an outstanding job of inspecting our house and explaining options. We also got quotes from another company and LRE not only beat their price, but their approach was a much more comprehensive solution. The office was helpful and efficient and scheduling happened without a hitch. Trace and his crew were terrific. They showed up on time, communicated with us, took the time to explain what they were doing and how it worked. They were courteous and organized and they kept a clean and tidy job site. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this crew and their leader, Trace. We were very satisfied with the results and offer our thanks for a job well done!

I would recommend this company and its people in a heartbeat. From the appraisal to the finished job, they were knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer all of my questions. A large piece of my driveway had sunk about 6". and the crew that performed the work was lead by Brad. Brad was meticulous to detail, worked hard and made it his business to get it right. In my book they went above and beyond my expectations. I also had the driveway raised and leveled, and cracks sealed. I think this repair was money well spent.

We just purchased this home a few months ago, and it was built in 1954. During our home inspection the inspector noticed an area of concern suggesting we have one of the foundation piers looked at by a professional. The LRE Foundation Repair representative that came out, Kurt Senft, completed a very thorough investigation under our home and in the crawlspace. Kurt hand-sketched and measured areas of concern, and found there was a slight pitch to one of the corners of the house, and absolutely no support under the beams of the master bathroom. He also noticed there were only a couple other areas that needed an I-beam installed to support between the existing piers. The crew that completed the installation and sprayed LumberKote sealer were professional technicians. The crew showed me the products being used and explained the process and blueprint of installation. They also informed me that everything under the house looked good. They did not notice any wood rot, block/cement erosion, plumbing/electrical issues. The crew also provided pictures of the work completed. The LRE crews have given me peace of mind knowing the house is secure and stable.

LRE was the second company we called for a quote for concrete leveling. From Robert’s initial visit and estimate, to the great communication with Cindy in scheduling, and Scott’s awesome work in completing the job, my wife and I were highly impressed. We are so happy we chose LRE. Also, Scott is such a hard worker that clearly takes pride in his work. Our project's start date got moved up three weeks (wonderful surprise!) and on a day we both were home. From the time Scott arrived, all the way to getting the work done and thoroughly cleaned up, he was happy to explain the process and answer any questions. It's obvious Scott has all the knowledge, work ethic and years of experience to get the job done correctly, and the first time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with his work and the whole professionalism of LRE from start to finish. No more tripping on our driveway or water pooling against the house. I had water coming up through the floor from standing rain at my house. I had quotes for $20k and above to "fix" the problem from other competitors using concrete injections, or other similar methods. This company [LRE] actually fixed the slab leak issue and put in drainage to keep the water away from my house. It's more than I wanted to spend, but they did an amazing job and it looks great. You can tell they know what they are doing. There's no more musty smell in the house from water sitting there anymore.

We had a huge pine tree land across the entire length of the house during Hurricane Ian at over 135 mph. It cracked my entire foundation. We had 3 companies come out and give us estimates, and hands down - from my initial call to LRE, my free estimate appointment with Stephen (the design specialist), all my follow up calls with Cassidy, (the account manager), as well as the technicians that came out for the repair - this company was superior to the other companies we had contacted. Everyone we dealt with at this company has been professional and answered our many questions and concerns. Being in sales and customer service myself for over 40 years, it's very hard to find a company that I would personally recommend. This was my second time using LRE Foundation Repair. I used them 5 years ago. My crew supervisor, Fed Francois, was informative and very professional. He walked us through the project step-by-step. The job was completed in 2 days as promised. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do they will be the first company I call.
