This detached guest house was experiencing foundational settlement. The existing support beams were sinking into the weakened soils, causing the floors to sag and doors to stick. Our expert crew permanently stabilized this foundation with the use of SmartJacks. These high-capacity steel piers are specially designed to stop settlement and even lift the floors above back to their original position. 

A home in Jacksonville, FL had soft, bouncy floors and doors that weren't closing. The floor joists of the home had weakened overtime, causing foundation issues that needed to be addressed! Our team of experts permanently stabilized the sagging floors by installing SmartJacks with steel supplemental beams throughout the crawl space. These fully-adjustable and galvanized steel piers immediately stop settlement and lift the floors above back to their original position. 

Visible cracks, uneven steps and gaps in the foundation were a sure sign this home fell victim to settlement. To provide permanent stability to the structure and give the owners peace of mind their home is safe, we installed our foundation pier system. Our system works by transferring the weight of the home to strong soil or bedrock to prevent further sinking/settling.
