After removing a section of tile and concrete, we excavated down to a stable bearing layer and installed a heavy-duty helical pier to permanently support and lift the sinking area.

Once the pier was secured and torque readings confirmed proper load capacity, the area was carefully backfilled and the slab was patched smooth, restoring stability to the home’s interior.
