A homeowner in Savannah, Ga was experiencing water intrusion on the perimeter of their crawlspace. A TripleSafe sump pump system and a perimeter EZ-flow system was installed to contain water intrusion in the crawlspace.

We installed the EZ-Flow Waterproofing System around this customer's crawlspace so that water collects and drains to the sump pump system. From there, it gets discharged outside and away from the house at a safe distance through a discharge line to eliminate the possibility of reentry. 

After noticing their crawl space sump pump was no longer working, causing the area to fall victim to water damage, we installed our EZ-Flow drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump Pump for ultimate protection against water intrusion. 

The team replaced the customer's rotted subfloor due to excess moisture in the crawl space to prevent further structural damage and ensure the safety and integrity of the home.

The SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed in the crawl space for humidity and moisture control. It will help by reducing humidity levels, preventing mold growth, and improving air quality, thereby protecting the structural integrity of the crawl space and enhancing the overall indoor environment.
