In Eatonton, Georgia a homeowner facing bowing walls and moisture issues turned to us for a professional basement waterproofing solution. As visible in the before photo, the basement walls showed signs of structural stress. Our expert team resolved this by installing CarbonArmor® for permanent stability. Paired with CleanSpace® encapsulation, this tackles moisture at its source. The CarbonArmor is not even visible after putting the CleanSpace over it, making it super discrete. We added WaterGuard® drainage for effective water management and the TripleSafe™ sump pump for protection. This basement had cracks in the foundation walls, along with areas of water intrusion. In order to fix the wall, we installed Carbon Armor to easily stabilize the wall. Then we put up the CleanSpace Wall System over the Carbon Armor. This gives the basement an aesthetically pleasing appearance, while also protecting it from moisture. Because moisture is often a reason for damage to foundations, we also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to fully protect the space from water and humidity. 

Wyatt called us out to his home in Lavonia, Georgia because his basement had 3 minor floods this year. He currently uses his basement for storage so he had a lot of personal items down there that were getting ruined by the water getting in. Arthell performed a free inspection of the basement and then created a custom plan to waterproof the basement. 

For this home, Ken and his team installed a full waterproofing system. They put in the WaterGuard drainage system which worked together with a TripleSafe sump pump to quickly remove any water from the basement. They also installed CleanSpace drainage and liner to protect the walls from moisture. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was placed in the basement and an Aspen Air System was installed upstairs in the home to keep the air clean and dry. 

Now Wyatt's basement looks great and is guaranteed to stay dry!

This homeowner reached out to us because they had seen the work we had previously done. After getting a free inspection by David, one of our System Design Specialists, the homeowner wanted to get his crawl space waterproofed and encapsulated. To do this, Devon and his crew put in EZ-Flow drainage and then wrapped the floors and walls with CleanSpace. They also had sealed all the crawl space vents, and then added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this crawl space is protected from moisture and mold!

After a free inspection with Trey, he created a plan to remove all the mold and then build a system that would prevent mold from being able to grow in the future. To remove the mold, Justin went in and did the soda blasting and then Devon and his crew was able to waterproof the crawl space to prevent future mold growth. For the waterproofing, they installed CleanSpace to create a vapor barrier and they also sealed off the crawl space vents. A SuperSump was installed to pump any water out and then a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control the relative humidity and filter out the air. Now this home is protected from moisture and mold, keeping the whole family safe!
