This homeowner reached out to us because he was putting his house on the market and wanted to get a few things fixed first. Russell Bush, a part of our Real Estate Response Team, went out to the home and preformed a free inspection to see how we could help. He noticed that the crawl space wasn't properly encapsulated and very humid. Russell's recommendation was to use the CleanSpace system to encapsulate the crawl space and then install a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Happy with this solution, the homeowner had us perform the work. Now the crawl space will stay clean and dry for the next homeowner!

This customer called with concerns of a wet crawl space. Moisture build up is not good for a crawl space, because it can cause problems for the whole home. To repair the damage done in this home, we installed CleanSpace throughout the whole crawl space, and the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. With both of these in the crawl space it is guaranteed to stay dry, and to not cause any further issues for this home. Before we got there, the crawl space was unenclosed, dirty, and damp. To fix this, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. To do this all debris has to be removed and then the vents have to be sealed. Next, the drainage matting is laid down and the liner is put on top of it. Then the crew has to carefully wrap the bottom of the piers with the liner. To finish off this crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control the relative humidity in the air. Now the crawl space is clean, bright, and dry!
