Before we got there, the crawl space was unenclosed, dirty, and damp. To fix this, we installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system. To do this all debris has to be removed and then the vents have to be sealed. Next, the drainage matting is laid down and the liner is put on top of it. Then the crew has to carefully wrap the bottom of the piers with the liner. To finish off this crawl space, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to control the relative humidity in the air. Now the crawl space is clean, bright, and dry!

This homeowner wanted to get the basement waterproofed to prevent any water damage from occurring to their home and belongings. In order to do the waterproofing, we installed WaterGuard drainage, along with a SuperSump Plus, and CleanSpace. Additionally, they put in EZ-Flow drainage and a SuperSump to pump any water out immediately. The final touch was adding a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to control relative humidity. Now the crawl space looks better and the home is safer!
