Due to high moisture levels, the insulation on the crawl space ceiling became soggy and fell. To seal out moisture from seeping into the crawl space, we installed CleanSpace, a vapor barrier on the walls and floor of the crawl space. In addition to CleanSpace, a SmartSump pump system was installed to remove water, prevent flooding, and reduce moisture. 

There was a problem with moisture and high humidity in this crawl space. We installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a CleanSpace vapor barrier system to ensure healthy levels and prevent moisture from entering. 

This musty and wet crawl space was transformed into a dry, healthy, and clean space using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

This homeowner reached out to us because they were selling their house and wanted to get their crawl space encapsulated. They know how important it is to have an encapsulated crawl space, so they wanted to invest in getting it done to increase their home's value. In order to fix up this crawl space, Devon and his crew removed the debris and then installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier.
