The PolyLevel™ allows us to lift up the concrete slabs to equal levels, ensuring that the edges of the concrete do not stick out. To complete the repairs, our team uses the NexusPro™ Joint Sealant to seal the cracks and controlled joints. This will help prevent water infiltration and the soil from softening over time.

The IceGuard™ is designed to prevent floods from frozen or clogged discharge lines that lead outside the basement. We also installed a TripleSafe™ Pump system to ensure that our product will work without fail, due to the third battery-powered fail-safe pump inside the TripleSafe™ Pump.
