Before & After Photos

Weak beams and moisture were huge problems in this crawl space. The owner really wanted all of these problems fixed because worrying about what's going on beneath your home is super stressful!

We installed SmartJacks and Metal Beams to replace the old rotted main beam. These steel supports provide a custom fit and help to bring sinking floors back up to where they were! We also installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal out all of the moisture that was previously getting in.

This crawl space has been completely transformed and the homeowners can hardly believe it is the same space! What was once a very wet space with weak beams, is now a dry and structurally sound one!

Moisture issues in the crawl space had caused the floors in the middle of this home to settle. The homeowner was ready for her crawl space to be dry and her floors to be lifted back up to where they were, so she called us!
We encapsulated the crawl space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our 20mil thick, super durable vapor barrier. This liner protects the crawl space from moisture, pests, and outside air. We lifted the sinking floors with SmartJacks! These steel support posts provide lasting support!

This crawl space is now dry and the floors in the home are no longer sagging. The homeowner is really happy she called Chicago Basement Systems!

This homeowner was looking to protect his gravel crawl space from moisture. We installed Drainage Matting to soften the floor and create a thermal break between the earth and the crawl space. Drainage Matting's dimpled surface also helps to guide any surface water out of the space. We then insulated the floor with TerraBlock. To finish the job we installed CleanSpace! CleanSpace is our ultra durable liner that creates a vapor barrier to seal out moisture, creepy crawlies, and drafty air.

This crawl space is now dry, insulated, and protected! The homeowner is so glad he called Chicago Basement Systems!
