This Chicago Heights homeowner was having issues with water leaking into their basement. To solve this problem, we first installed a SuperSump Sump Pump to get water out of the basement. Then we put in a StarPipe Drainage System to collect water seepage and drain it to the sump pump. An interior Trench Drain was installed by the door in order to keep water from entering when the door is in use. Finally, we extended the exterior discharge line to keep water as far away from the foundation as possible.

This once wet basement is now dry and protected! The homeowner is so glad they no longer have to worry about their belongings being ruined from moisture!

This old window well was in desperate need of replacement. They were beginning to shift and a lot of moisture and debris were getting in through the opening at the top. We removed the old, wooden liner, and replaced it with a sturdy metal liner. We added a window well cover for extra protection from water and to help keep litter out! This crawl space was having moisture issues. As a result, the fiberglass insulation was beginning to fall down. We removed all of the fiberglass insulation and installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels. These graphite infused foam boards are 24% more effective than their conventional foam counterparts. We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. CleanSpace is our ultra durable, 20mil thick liner. CleanSpace seals out moisture, pests, and outside air!
