This Michigan City, Indiana basement would get water in one corner. We installed a SuperSump and WaterGuard to collect that water and expel it from the home.
Water pressure had formed a vertical crack that allowed water into this poured foundation. We stabilized the wall with Fortress Corner Straps and sealed the crack off with an Epoxy Crack Injection.
We installed a perimeter of WaterGuard to capture seepage at the cove joint. We then directed the water to a new SuperSump to be ejected from the home.
We installed a Trench Drain along a garage that would take on water in Long Beach, Indiana. Water would enter the garage under the door, and now is captured and pushed away from the entry point.
We started this project by grinding, cleaning, and prepping the floors to surface seal floor cracks using epoxy. Sealing floor cracks will help to redirect any water to another area.
