To help route water away from the structure, we removed a layer of top soil along the agreed-upon trench path and dig a trench. We then installed four-inch, solid drain tile in the trench and connected it to the agreed upon termination point. From there, we then backfilled trench with dirt and replaced the top soil.
The DryTrak solution is designed to control perimeter water from the cove joint and redirect that water to a sump pit.
We ground, prepped, and cleaned the area around the pipe as needed. From there, we surface sealed around the pipe to help keep water from leaking around it.
