This Mill Creek, Indiana resident had a hairline crack forming on the corner of a basement window.  We fixed the problem with an Epoxy Crack Injection that carries a life-time transferable warranty.  

This Berrien County, Michigan homeowner had iron ochre deposits that clogged up an existing sump pump he had in his basement.  He had us out to install a new Zoeller M-53 pump, and we gave him advice on how to prevent build up in the future.  

FlowGuard guides excess groundwater to a sump pump.  We then concrete over the system for a smooth, and complete look.  

This customers existing sump pump was not handling the amount of water this homeowner would get with a good rain.  

To combat the water entering along the cove joint of this Michigan foundation, we installed our WaterGuard system.  This will capture and channel that water.
