This Hobart, Indiana customer called us out to look at his crawlspace that was wet, and moldy.  After examination, Niles Goodman found the best solution for this crawlspace would be to install Drain Tile along the perimeter of the crawlspace, and to place a vapor barrier on the floors and walls.   

This great couple wanted to take the right measures to keep their home healthy.  They had noticed and earthy-musty smell and called us in for some advice on what steps they should take next. This giant crawlspace was completed in just two days!!

This home in Portage had a severely flooded crawlspace. Our team installed a sump pump and Cleanspace encapsulation system as well as new access door so any damage will be prevented in the future.

This Portage, Indiana crawlspace had many phases in order to get it into the shape it is now.  We started the first phase by adding trenches with Drain Tile around the perimeter to direct groundwater into a sump pump.  The next phase was to encapsulate the crawlspace with CleanSpace Encapsulation.
