We removed a small amount of debris in this crawlspace so we could encapsulate with CleanSpace.  

To help manage moisture and humidity, we installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System over exterior walls, across the floor, and around pilasters. The CleanSpace is then buttoned along the walls, with all seams on the walls and floor overlapped, sealed with urethane, and secured with industrial tape.

This crawlspace in Elkhart, Indiana had an existing vapor barrier that was failing.  Moisture was able to make its way into the space and it began to encourage mold growth and musty smells.  We placed CleanSpace along the floors and walls, and sealed it off so vapors can't get through.  We created an environment where we can control the level of humidity with an AprilAire dehumidifier.  

This room went from aged to looking brand new after our crew was finished.  

This giant encapsulation project was finished in just six days!
