Hollis was our sales rep. He was very kind and easy to talk to. He explained the system that we needed and that only one corner of our basement had a problem. Bryan and his crew installed the system and sump pump. They were very respectful of our property. They worked very hard all day. They did a great job!! Cameron came on Monday to install the backup sump pump battery. Everyone at NOVA is very friendly and professional!
