This Boonville homeowner was worried about excess moisture and humidity in their crawl space, along with debris buildup and fungal growth that threatened the home’s comfort, air quality, and structural wood.

The crawl space is now clean, dry, and properly protected. Debris was removed, fungal growth was remediated, and the space was fully encapsulated with CleanSpace and drainage matting. Upon receiving Mary's call for help, Design Specialist, Mike McAtee was scheduled to do a thorough inspection of her basement. When he arrived, they greeted each other with a smile and the work began. He recommended that a new drainage system be installed to prevent any more leaking. This drainage system would be under the concrete, so it wouldn't be noticeable. It runs straight to the new TripleSafe sump pump that was also installed.

You can see the gray Waterguard drainage system has been placed in a trench along the entire basement perimeter. Waterguard is a unique system because it doesn't clog like traditional French drains.
