Fort Wayne Basement Waterproofing Transformation
Before: Ashley’s basement in Fort Wayne was dealing with water intrusion and moisture issues that threatened the comfort and safety of her home. She contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate with waterproofing specialist Rob to find a permanent solution.
After the inspection, Rob recommended installing a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a TripleSafe pump system for maximum protection against flooding. Foreman Emilio and his crew began by removing the lower portion of the interior wall to prepare for waterproofing. They then installed the WaterGuard drainage system along the basement perimeter to capture water at its source. Next, they set up the TripleSafe pump system, which includes a twin liner, primary and backup cast iron pumps, an UltraSump battery backup, and all components for reliable water removal. Two IceGuards and a LawnScape outlet were added to ensure proper discharge in all conditions, and new electrical outlets were installed for safe operation. To further protect the walls from moisture, the team installed the CleanSpace Wall System where designated in the proposal.

A Fully Waterproofed Basement in Fort Wayne
Before the project, Carla dealt with water intrusion along the base of her basement walls and wanted a long‑term fix. After installation began, the transformation took shape. Outside, they extended multiple discharge lines with IceGuard protection and LawnScape outlets to move water safely away from the foundation.
To finish the space, the team installed the CleanSpace Wall System, giving the basement brighter walls while channeling any seepage directly into the drainage system. Carla now has a dry, protected basement built to handle water problems long‑term.
