A homeowner in Martinsville was struggling with moisture and poor air quality in their crawl space. Inspector Jay recommended a full encapsulation and waterproofing system, and Foreman Joe led the installation.

The crew installed both a SuperSump and a TripleSafe sump system for layered protection against water intrusion, complete with IceGuards and a LawnScape outlet to ensure proper discharge in all conditions. To fully seal the space, they encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace liner, wrapped the piers, and sealed all vents. SilverGlo insulation was added to the walls and rim joists for energy efficiency, while a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity under control.

With these improvements, the crawl space is now clean, dry, and energy-efficient, giving the homeowner peace of mind and a healthier home environment.

This homeowner in Pittsboro, Indiana had some water getting into her crawl space and her existing sump pump was not functioning properly.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Brian and Kyle installed a SuperSump pump in the crawl space to remove any water leaking in.
