Gary in Carmel wanted to improve the condition of his crawl space after dealing with old fiberglass insulation and concerns about moisture and air quality. Inspector Mike evaluated the space and recommended a full encapsulation to properly protect the area.

Foreman Joe and his crew began by removing and disposing of the existing fiberglass insulation to prepare the crawl space. They then installed the CleanSpace encapsulation system as outlined in the project plan, sealing the space from ground moisture and outside air.

With the crawl space now clean, sealed, and protected, Gary’s home has improved long-term moisture defense and a healthier foundation environment.

Richard's crawl space was damp and did not have an encapsulation system prior to contacting us.  Our Foreman Todd used CleanSpace Vapor Barrier throughout the entire crawl space for a drier and cleaner appearance.

A homeowner in Brownstown, Indiana had a wooden crawl space door that had showed signs of rot over time and was easily allowing outside air in.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Hector and Victor installed an EverLast door to seal the crawl space entrance.  

A homeowner in Sharpsville, Indiana had issues with water seeping into her crawl space during a heavy rain.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel and Edwin installed a TripleSafe sump pump with a battery back up to protect the crawl space from a flood.
