This homeowner in Nashville, Indiana had failing floor joists in his crawl space that were causing the floor inside his home to sag.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew installed SmartJacks to stabilize the floors and raise the floor back to its original level.

A homeowner in Nashville, Indiana had been dealing with large stair step wall cracks in her basement foundation walls for some time, but recently she noticed that the cracks had begun to open up even more.  Our Certified Inspector Casey recommended having the walls permanently stabilized to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos installed a total of 7 Geo-Lock wall anchors for a permanent solution. 

A homeowner in Nashville, Indiana had significant foundation settlement that caused the outside of his brick foundation to crack and bow outward.  Our Certified Inspector Cory met with the homeowner and recommended Helical Piers to permanently stabilize the foundation to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Adam and his crew members Edwin, Ramon, and Victor installed a total of 11 Helical foundation piers.
