A homeowner in Gaston, Indiana had a finished basement with wood panels covering the walls, but noticed a significant bow in one of the walls. Our Certified Inspector Eric recommended having the foundation walls permanently stabilized to prevent further foundation damage. Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Nazario, Olvin, and Edwin installed a total of 19 Geo-Lock wall anchors to prevent the walls from moving any further.
Homeowner Emily had some water issues and cracks in her basement walls. Our Foreman Nolan and his crew members Nate and Daulton corrected the water issues by installing a WaterGuard French Drainage System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier. The foundation wall issues were resolved with PowerBraces, which restored stability.
A homeowner Rushville, Indiana was concerned about the floors in his home being uneven and also musty smells coming from his crawl space. Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended sealing the crawl space ground with a thick vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through and Steel Jacks and beams to stabilize the floors above. Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Juan, Ramon, and Victor encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed 4 SmartJacks in the area shown in the photo to permanently stabilize the floors.
This homeowner in Warren, Indiana had a large horizontal crack along her basement foundation walls that was allowing water to pass through. Our Superintendent Matt led a training crew to install PowerBraces for permanent wall stabilization.
