After the inspection, Rob recommended installing a Rockwell egress window system featuring a 48” x 48” white sliding window and a drain stubbed to the top of the gravel base for proper water management. Rob noted that while the system includes drainage, it is not warrantied against water accumulation unless tied into a full waterproofing system. Dirt from excavation would be left on-site for homeowner use.
