A Complete Transformation for a Leaking Basement Window in Fishers
Jim reached out from his home in Fishers after dealing with long‑standing issues around his basement window and an aging egress well. Water had continued to seep in during rainy weather, and the old window and well no longer offered the protection he needed. When Rob inspected the area, he found that the worn‑out materials were no longer capable of keeping moisture away from the foundation, leaving Jim in need of a reliable, lasting solution.
Evert and his crew began the transformation by replacing the deteriorating basement window with a clean, durable EverLast vinyl window. From there, they removed the failing egress well and installed a full RockWell system paired with a matching EverLast window. The team tied the new well’s drain directly into the home’s exterior perimeter drain, providing a path for water to move safely away from the foundation.
Before, Jim had a leaking, outdated window and a deteriorating well that allowed water to reach the basement.
