Jenny joins the Basement Systems of Indiana marketing team with several years of experience and impressive tenure in the customer service industry.  In her previous work experience, she helped schedule installations, repairs and took care of handling warranty issues.

With her background in service scheduling and customer support, she is familiar with providing a remarkable experience to homeowners who are in need of guidance when it comes to service and annual maintenance.  With this professional experience, Basement Systems of Indiana saw what an asset Jenny would be to the company and brought him on board.  

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys her spending time with her family, being outdoors, swimming, and cooking up a delicious meal.
