Sales Process

I would rate Jay a 10 if that were available. He sold the account. We had a number of bids; BSI was not the least expensive but the "educational sales" process (no hard sell pressure) that he used to help us understand our needs and the options that BSI could provide was TERRIFIC. And, the fact that he could quote the job using his online software at the time of the visit was very confidence building and helpful. Also, during sales meeting, we had a question he couldn't answer, he called a Foreman who talked to us and explained the answer so we could understand. We had a variety of questions after the "sale" and Jay as rapidly responsive and helped us make changes and prepare for the work.

Our Installation Crew

Todd and team could not have been more professional and efficient. They communicated clearly, explained what was happening, worked with us during the process of installation to be sure we knew what was happening. Very good team!!

The Cleanup Process

The house was kept clean during the entire project. Clean up was done during the work so that at the end it took very little extra time to finish their work.
