Very happy with how smoothly things went! I would, however, recommend more communication or even checking in. Maybe it’s just me but I really like knowing I’m still good on the schedule and that everything is running on time.

Perfecto! Loved the PowerPoint and explanation of problems and solutions. Doubled down on those warranties which made me feel more comfortable. Well knowledgeable.
Blew me away! Called me every day to explain what was happening and to make sure I was happy with the work so far! The end got a little hectic because of my schedule and the electric didn’t get finished right away but it’s getting taken care of - that was a problem I believe on my end due to work schedule and an NOT unsatisfied with it! They were clean and even left the crawlspace clean when done! That takes some effort - bravo guys!
As I said, it was great! Unfortunately, it rained the second day and there’s TONS of mud in my yard but hey, it’s January, kinda expected. Not a pain, I’ll roll it and grade it in the spring when things soften and get the grass back to where it needs to be. Couldn’t be happier!

Honestly, comparing apples to apples showed me the only difference between you and IFS was price - and about $6,000 too! Your salesman was in uniform and in a company car were as IFS was not in either. Felt very comfortable allowing him into my home.
